What to include
For a correction, include the page URL and the statement you want reviewed. For a broken release link, include the platform and public release label. For a display problem, describe the browser and what you expected to see.
You may attach a redacted screenshot of a visible error. Remove passwords, account identifiers, personal keys, session cookies and download tickets first. This website does not need your Roblox login.
Scope of support
This address is for the website’s information and operation. We do not operate Roblox, develop Delta, issue keys or control an external file host. A clear report helps us identify a website correction even when an application issue requires its publisher’s attention.
Rights and privacy requests
Identify the material or data concerned and explain your request. For a rights concern, include a way to locate the material and sufficient information to understand your relationship to it. We do not promise a response deadline that has not been established.
