Delta Executor Independent Delta guide

Privacy policy

This policy concerns deltaexecutor.biz and its language versions. It does not describe the data practices of the Delta application, Roblox or external download providers. Contact: [email protected].

Information handled by this website

Hosting systems may record ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested path, time, browser information and response status, for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. The precise log retention period depends on the hosting configuration and is not specified here.

The site stores a cookie choice and a local display-theme preference. A short-lived download ticket associates a request with one registered release. The ticket is not an advertising identifier. There is no visitor account or contact form in the current site configuration.

Email correspondence

If you email us, the address and content you supply are processed to read and respond to the enquiry, investigate a report or handle a rights request. Please avoid sending account passwords, access keys, session cookies or unnecessary personal information.

Messages may be held while the enquiry and relevant follow-up are needed, and longer where a genuine legal or security need applies. A fixed correspondence retention period has not been established. You can ask about or request deletion of your correspondence using the contact address.

Purposes and applicable grounds

Technical processing supports website delivery, preference storage, security and requested download navigation. Optional analytics and advertising would require separate configured services and an applicable basis. None is currently configured or activated.

Where consent is required for an optional technology, it is not started before permission. Where applicable, processing may also be based on providing a requested service, legitimate operational interests or a legal obligation. The exact legal basis and available rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Providers and external destinations

Hosting and email providers process information needed for their respective services. Following an external release link makes a request to that destination, whose operator applies its own practices. We do not control that operator’s logs, cookies or application telemetry.

This website does not host application binaries or proxy their transfer. A release source receives traffic when you choose to continue. Merely allowing optional cookies does not activate an unconfigured advertising or analytics provider.

Storage duration and preferences

The dax_consent cookie stores your choice and notice version for 180 days on this domain. The dax_theme localStorage entry records the selected theme without a fixed automatic expiry; you can change it or clear it through browser settings. A download ticket expires after 15 minutes.

Cookie settings are available in the footer. If browser storage fails, the site must not represent a choice as successfully saved. Language is selected by the page path, not by consent information or an inferred location.

For preference synchronisation between tabs, dax_consent is also stored in localStorage with the choice, notice version and expiry time. It is considered valid for 180 days; the local record may remain physically present until replaced or cleared. Download request rate limiting uses a short-lived server counter keyed by a cryptographic value derived from the requesting IP address and minute, expiring after 65 seconds. That counter does not store the raw IP address or browser identifier.

Requests, changes and limitations

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or contact a supervisory authority. Email us with enough context to locate the relevant information, without including unrelated sensitive material.

Withdrawing permission stops new optional activity; it cannot retract requests already sent to an outside provider. We may update this policy when the site’s actual practices change. An update should describe the relevant change rather than imply universal legal compliance.
