A useful report starts with the part that failed. A website link, an application launch and an individual script are separate stages. Use the matching section below, note the exact message and compare information for the same platform. These checks help describe a problem; they are not a promise that every failure has a known solution.
Update required or an outdated-version message
Record the full visible message and where it appears. It may be shown by Roblox, the executor or a script’s own interface. Then identify the installed version of the relevant component if that information is available. An unnamed “latest version” is not enough to compare two installations.
Read release notes for the same platform and variant. An Android publication cannot establish the status of an iOS application. If there is no confirmed record addressing the message, the status remains unresolved. Do not assume that reinstalling a file with a different name is an update. The changelog records actual release information rather than a fresh date generated for each visit.
APK not installed on Android
Confirm that the selected release belongs to Android and that its documented requirements match the device. Check whether the browser finished downloading the file and whether sufficient storage remains. These are useful observations without changing the device’s security settings.
Keep the exact Android installation message. A compatibility problem and a security warning are different cases, even if both prevent installation. This site does not advise disabling application checks, installing a modified alternative or ignoring a warning. If the package cannot be attributed to the selected source, stop and report the source page and release label. The Android guide explains architecture and client variants without guessing the requirements of an unpublished build.
iOS application does not open
Note whether the application never opens, closes after showing a screen or displays a system message before launch. Record the device model and iOS or iPadOS version. These details distinguish an application symptom from a website download failure and help compare the report with published conditions.
An IPA label alone does not prove that a package is currently usable on a device. This site does not confirm signing duration or prescribe installation of an unknown management profile. Do not provide an Apple ID password to a page claiming to fix the issue. Read the applicable iOS information; if the conditions are unknown, report the missing information rather than trying unrelated Android instructions.
Crashes and unexpected closes
Describe the last visible action before the close. Did it occur immediately after opening, when loading a particular game or only after interacting with one script? A repeatable sequence is more informative than a general label such as “crashing all the time.”
Note whether the symptom affects the application without that script and whether the operating system reports an error. Avoid repeating an action that raises security warnings or risks losing unsaved work. Device, client and script differences can all matter, so no single adjustment should be advertised as a universal fix. If an update note claims to address the symptom, compare its platform and version before concluding that it applies to your installation.
Loading screens and network-related symptoms
A loading screen may represent different stages, so first identify which application or page displays it. Check whether ordinary websites load and whether the source page itself is reachable. A basic connection observation can separate a general connectivity problem from one particular service.
Do not submit connection credentials, router passwords or session data in a report. Record the time, page or application stage and visible message instead. A temporary response from a server does not establish that a file is valid, and a successful website request does not prove that every application service is functioning. If the issue is intermittent, describe that behaviour without inventing a cause or recommending a different unregistered download source.
One script fails while the application remains open
Separate the script’s claims from the executor’s capabilities. A script may depend on a particular game state, client or environment. A label such as Auto Farm, ESP or No Key does not prove current compatibility and does not describe every action the code might perform.
Do not paste unfamiliar code into this website to test it; the site does not execute submitted scripts. For a report, provide the public entry URL, the game name and the visible error with secrets removed. Compatibility with another executor is not proof of compatibility with Delta. If the application opens normally and only one entry fails, that distinction is valuable evidence even when the precise cause has not yet been established.
A download link or waiting page fails
Check whether a release is currently available on the selection page. An older waiting page may refer to a withdrawn release or changed destination. Return to the current card instead of repeatedly opening a saved continuation link. The 15-second wait applies to the selected release and does not trigger an automatic file download.
If the source domain cannot be reached, report the card label, platform and source URL without including any private ticket from the address bar. The site stores link metadata and cannot repair an external file host itself. You can email [email protected] with a short description. Never include your Roblox password, session cookie or personal access key.
